At Ashley & Jordan Vancouver, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Items may only be returned after they have been physically delivered to the customer.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging included.

Trying on items is permitted, however worn items cannot be accepted.

Items showing signs of use, damage, stains, odors, or alterations may not qualify for a refund.

Orders intentionally placed in multiple sizes with the purpose of partial returns may be refused at our discretion.
Return Process
To request a return, please follow these steps:

Once your request has been approved, you will receive detailed return instructions along with the appropriate return address.
Step 3
Ship the item back using a secure shipping method with tracking information. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Ashley & Jordan Vancouver is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Return shipping fees, customs charges, and any related shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.
Ashley & Jordan Vancouver cannot be held responsible for:
